Location of the breakfast is good, but need to improve, during our stay for breakfast time no available drinking water for the children who don’t want coffee or tea our options is to buy bottled water but the refrigerator is close, you should provide atleast drinking water just in case people want to drink during eating time

The staff don't have manner to talk they don't have anything they have published on booking.com bedbugs were everywhere in the room none of facilities were there that were mentioned here in advertisement...

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The amount which was paid is not worth Not provided drinking water for 2 days. Washroom flush push button was not working properly. Only african food was available in restaurants Not at all suitable for vegetarian customers Entire hotel staff was unprofessional. Only 1 person was good , who guided in proper manner The location was very commercial.
